Adding Permissions to Manage Contracts and Certificates in Employee Profiles

In response to customer requests, we are introducing an improvement to the Employee Records module. From now on, the catalog of persons authorized to access:

Contracts in the employee profile
Certificates

includes a new parameter: "Managers higher in the hierarchy". This includes all managers of the employee (direct manager + manager of the manager + manager of the manager's manager, etc.).

The parameter can be set separately for document management (adding, deleting) and for preview

System administrators can change the permissions in the Settings > Employees > Documents > sections related to contracts and certificates.
