Adding time entries in projects by administrators

Administrators of the Time Tracking module (and the account owner) who want to add a time entry for an employee(s) can do this in the Reports > Time tracking report section by clicking the Add time for employee button.

 

When adding an entry, the system checks all conditions that would apply to the employee for whom the entry is being added, but also allows adding a time entry with a past date, outside of the settlement period.

This feature streamlines administrative tasks and ensures proper time tracking even for retrospective entries that may have been missed or need correction.
