The rating scale in the 360 Feedback module of tomHRM is fully flexible.
In the Settings > Parameters > Competences > Rate section, the module administrator can set its value, color, and description.
With the latest update, the survey supervisor can decide which of these elements should appear in the evaluation forms filled out by the participants. This allows for even greater customization of the scale presentation and tailoring it to the organization's needs.
