New feature in the Time Tracking module (TMS).
Administrators with access to configuration in the TMS module can set up automatic email delivery of the timesheet report file.
The configuration allows selection of:
- The day and settlement period for which the report will be generated,
- File format (XLS and CSV),
- Report recipients, including external addresses (e.g., external accounting),
- Various data generation filters (such as department, project, client, or employment type).
The report can be generated for all or only selected time approval statuses.
Reports can be set up in Settings > Settings > Time Tracking > Basic.
Customers with access to the Time Tracking module are welcome to set up automatic reports. For those of you who would like to see how this module works and how to benefit from the new reports, please contact the support team.
Note:
The option to generate automatic TMS reports is available only to users with an annual subscription.
