A mechanism for automatic sending of requests for extension of personal data processing consents is now available. It will automate yet another chunk of your work.
The request is sent as an email containing a link which directs a given candidate to the page with the request and the "accept" and "reject" options. Example wording of an email with a consent link.
This function is configurable and lets you set the conditions for extension and the content of messages (for every language version active on the Career Page) for candidates. The function can also be used to manually send a request to a single candidate.
