Competency management more accessible

We've relocated the Competencies settings tab to a more intuitive location. You'll now find it under General part of Settings  (previously placed amongst other modules).

In the Competencies settings tab:

You decide who in your organization can view competencies in employee profiles
You choose a competency rating scale tailored to your company's needs

The Competencies module is available free of charge to users of all tomHRM modules. With it, you can:

👤 Create competency profiles tailored to your organization
🎯 Assign competency profiles to specific positions

With the system, you receive a free database of 35 competencies divided into 5 groups (soft skills, cognitive, managerial, technical, language) along with 158 behavioral indicators available in Polish and English. This saves time and provides a ready-to-implement solution right away!
