The assumption behind these features is the best representation of the actual presence or absence of an employee resulting from the information collected in the modules:
- Time Off
- Time tracking + schedule
- Recruitment ATS
- 1-on-1 meetings
- Training
tomHRM displays several types of absence information in the form of color-coded labels.
This makes it easy to present the data right next to the employee's name, without having to redirect the employee's profile.
The labels are displayed, among other things in:
- main lists of employees available in the Employees and browsing Departments and Teams tabs,
- sidebar with information about the employee,
- employee's profile.
