In tomHRM system, system administrators have the ability to create various combinations of system permissions for different employee groups.
This means that beyond the standard permissions such as admin, manager, and employee, you can grant an employee specific permissions - for example, the ability to administer only one or two modules. The employee will still have restricted access and administrative capabilities to the remaining modules.
In the tomHRM system, you can create permissions for a recruitment specialist who will have full rights to manage the recruitment module (ATS), but since they do not handle communication or periodic evaluations, their access to the intranet or 360 evaluations will be like that of a regular employee.
To make working with tomHRM easier, we have introduced the ability to copy a created permission group. This allows you to quickly create a new permission group and make modifications without having to create the entire group from scratch.
A small thing, but it brings joy! And it saves a few minutes of work.
