In the Intranet module > News, we have expanded the ability to check the acknowledgment status of a specific news item to include a list of employees who have not confirmed reading it.
This is an extension of the existing functionality, which allowed checking who has read a particular piece of information.
The feature works dynamically, meaning that if a new employee or group of people is added to the target group of the news item, the system will update the data. At any time, the data can also be exported to an Excel file.
This enhancement allows for even better management of communication with employees, for example in fulfilling the information obligations imposed on employers by labor law regulations and other situations that require ensuring that all employees have read the news.
