Managing email notifications to private addresses allows administrators to decide which types of notifications employees can receive on their private email addresses.
Enabling notifications to private email address is done globally in the Settings > Parameters > Notifications > Private email address tab.
Managing notifications by employees from their avatar remains unchanged.
Currently, notifications to a private email address can be activated in the following modules:
- Employees (password reset and welcome message)
- Intranet / News
- Tasks (new task)
- Onboarding (new task in onboarding)
Sending notifications to a private email address in the ATS module is not possible due to GDPR restrictions.
