We're introducing email notifications for project memebers. It's the easiest way to remind the employees of completing the time entries.
You can set the reminders for every project in Time tracking module.
- Reminders can be set to send cyclically on every last working day of the week or every last day of the month.
- Emails are sent by noon.
- You can set your own email message. Go to Settings > Settings > General > Notifications , then find and edit template: "Time sheet: Reminder to complete timesheet".
