There is no more need to remember to manually block an employee's account after termination of employment. With the new feature, once the decision to terminate the contract is made, you only need to fill in the end date of employment in their profile.
As a result, the system will:
- Display in the employee's profile the date and the number of days remaining until the end of employment throughout the remaining period. This information will be visible to the direct manager and module administrator.
- When the employment ends, the system will automatically change the status of the former employee and block their login access.
This update will improve data security. It releases those managing the employee database from the obligation to remember to disable access to the system after employment termination. Additionally, with the information in the profile about the number of days until the end of employment, the employee's superior can better plan offboarding.
