Enhanced bulk employees import

We have introduced a significant extension to the employees import functionality from XLS and CSV files. This will accelerate the implementation process of the TomHRM system and make the daily work of system administrators easier.

From now on, you can also import the following data used in the Timesheet module:

Assignments for employees:

Clock in/out condition: the ability to assign time registration rules to employees
Schedule condition: automatic assignment of schedule creation rules
Free days profiles: configuration of days off for individual employees
Work settlement period: defining settlement periods at employee level.

Assignments for departments:

Clock in/out condition: bulk assignment of rules for entire departments.
Free days profiles: setting days off at the department level.
Work settlement period: configuration of settlement periods for departments.

⚠️ Important information ⚠️

If your company does not have the Timesheet/Schedules module, you will need to enter the letter 'D' (for 'Default') in the relevant column when importing.
