In the 360 Feedback module, we have introduced several improvements:

Ability to set the availability of results for employee roles

Predefined feedback types to facilitate the setting of recipient groups

Ability to automatically update employee competencies based on survey results
Improved comparison of historical evaluation sheets and changes in competencies over time
