In the 360 Feedback module, we have introduced several improvements:
- New design of the feedback review creation form
- Ability to set the availability of results for employee roles
- Automatic assignment of evaluator roles based on the organizational structure
- Predefined feedback types to facilitate the setting of recipient groups
- Expansion of the Evaluation Sheet
- Ability to automatically update employee competencies based on survey results
- Improved comparison of historical evaluation sheets and changes in competencies over time
