File availability management in the Documents module

Changes in the Company Documents section allow you to better manage your employees' ability to download files.
 
From now on, you will be able to restrict access to files for selected groups of employees and decide whether they can download a file or only view it.
 
Company documents that have been uploaded to the tomHRM system before 03/01/2025 will have download capability enabled by default.
The history of file changes can be viewed by the administrator or account owner in the change log available in the 3 dot menu of each file.
 
As a reminder, access to the Documents tab is available to accounts with at least one of the purchased modules:
 
  • Requests
  • Employee Trainings
  • Onboarding
  • Intranet
  • Goals
  • 360° feedback
