Does the candidate's salary expectation exceed the salary range allocated for the position? You'll see this in the ATS!
How does this enhancement work?
If you allow the candidate to provide their salary expectations in the application form while also setting salary ranges in the recruitment project, the system will flag all candidates whose salary expectations exceed the position's budget.
Important points:

You can choose to publish or not publish the salary ranges in the job offer (if you choose not to publish them, candidates will be asked about their salary expectations in the form but won't see the position's budget).

Salary expectations can be an optional or mandatory field for the candidate in the form.

You can ask the candidate about rates for different types of contracts - in this case, you'll also see if the expectations are not aligned with the budget for specific contract types.
