Granting access to create projects

For companies using project management and time tracking in the Time Tracking module, we've introduced an important enhancement that allows granting project creation rights to people who don't have administrative permissions for the module.

Permissions can be granted in the Time Tracking Configuration section in settings.

Project creation capability can be granted to:

Department Manager
Direct Manager
Project Manager
Or specific selected employees

Additionally, we've introduced a new setting in each project that allows granting task creation permissions to project group members as well.
