To secure against unauthorized changes to the application owner's account and each employee's profile, we have introduced two new email notifications automatically sent by the system in cases of user-initiated activity:
- Change of application owner
- Change of password in the user profile (employee).
Both notifications enable faster response in case of unauthorized attempts to take over an account, thereby enhancing HR system security.
Automatic Notification for Account Owner Change
In the event of a user-initiated change of the application owner, the system will automatically send notification emails to:
- The previous owner
- The new owner
If the account owner is changed through contact with our support team, notifications will not be sent.

Automatic Notification for User-Initiated Password Change
In the event of a user-initiated password change, the system will automatically send a notification email to the user's email address.
