Longer, more secure password in tomHRM!

In order to enhance security, the minimum password length in the application is set to a minimum of 8 characters.

Starting from June 30, 2023, the following actions will require a minimum of 8-character password:

Changing the password
Creating a new user

If you or your employees currently have a shorter password, you are not required to change it. However, we encourage you to do so to improve the security of your data.

Additionally, we would like to remind you that tomHRM is equipped with other password and login security features, including:

Option to enforce password change every X days
Real-time password strength checking
Account lockout after X unsuccessful login attempts
Strong password encryption.
