Mandatory Trainings

As part of marking trainings as mandatory trainings, we have added the ability to define the reason for setting a training as mandatory.

Additional changes:

New notification about the change of participant status by the Training Editor to the Supervisor and Participant-Employee
Introduction of the "Set any" option in the training validity period
