In addition to the long-standing feature to conduct video meetings with candidates using an internal online meeting tool, we have added the capability to generate links for MS Teams or Google Meet.
Now, if you have integrated with Google or Office365, when scheduling a video conversation with a candidate, you can choose the platform and automatically generate a meeting link. This link will be included in your message to the candidate and added to your calendar.
After setting up the meeting, the system will generate a pop-up with event details. Even if the date or the meeting platform changes, the link to the event details will remain the same. This ensures that even if the event details change, the candidate will still find them under the same link.
