My Team and Resignation from Training

Two new features in the Trainings Module:

Participant Resignation from Training Management – Automatically marking a participant who resign with the appropriate status on the list, requiring a comment when resign. Check out the difference between a deleted employee and an unenrolled one.
Creation of a "My Team" View for Supervisors/Managers, which groups information about subordinates' needs, budget execution, and training plans.

Additionally, we have improved the nomenclature and information presentation in the employee view "My Trainings" and added the option to direct a Training need to the HR department or one's own supervisor.
