New Automatic Notifications in the Training Module

The ability to create automatic notifications provides significant time savings for users of our system. We have added two new notifications to the wide range of existing notifications available in the training module:

1. Automatic Notification of Insufficient Number of Participants for Training
• This can be set for any number of days (X) before the training date.
• It helps manage the profitability of the training and facilitates decisions on whether to cancel the training or, for example, renew the promotional campaign.
• It allows setting any notification period (e.g., 5 or 7 days before the training).
• It allows notifying the Supervisor, Trainer, or both simultaneously.
2. Automatic Notification of Reserve List Capacity Reached
• It sends an email to the Training Supervisor when the reserve list limit has been reached by employees. The number of places on the reserve list is determined by the Training Supervisor when creating the training in the system.
• With quick knowledge about the limit being reached, the Supervisor can react accordingly – for example, by reorganizing the training, booking a larger room, or creating an additional training session and transferring participants from the reserve list.

For each notification, you can use a separate, personalized email template which improves and speeds up communication with employees.
