New Business Trips PRO module - Announcement

Due to numerous requests from our clients, we are launching a new module Business Trips PRO, which will allow you to fully manage your business trips.

In the Business Trips PRO module you can fully process domestic and international delegations.

Selected features include:

Manage the submission and approval of business trips requests,
Settlement of domestic and international business trips,
Automatic retrieval of currency exchange rates from the NBP,
Per diems, allowances and mileage calculation automatically,
Settlements advances on expenses,
Visibility in the absence calendar for business trips,
Export of the summaries (requests, costs, per diems) to an XLS file.

Like other modules, Business Trips PRO can be integrated with Google Calendar or Office 365, with HR software via API, and includes a full email notification system for status changes.

Users of the Time Off module who have previously used the delegation request handling available in that module can choose to upgrade to the advanced Business Trips PRO or stay with their current plan and continue to use the existing functionality in that module.

Access to the Time Off module is required for Business Trips PRO.
