New Field Available for Administrators in Requests Forms

A new field is now available for administrators designing Requests forms. In addition to the fields completed by the applicant, you can now add extra content that will appear both in the request form and in the generated .pdf document based on the submitted request.

The Content field, introduced at the request of our users, is not editable by the employee filling out the request. However, it can serve as a legally required or company policy-mandated element of the request.

Examples of use:

A statement confirming that the provided data is accurate and up-to-date,
Additional legal basis that must be included in the request,
A declaration confirming that attached documents are true copies of the originals.

Important! The previously existing Text field remains available. The key difference between the Content field and the Text Block field is that the latter is not visible in the generated PDF. The Text is mainly used for purposes such as providing instructions on how to fill out the request.
