We have introduced tracking of form completion time in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
The time is measured for each form submission and presented collectively as the average form completion time for applicants in each recruitment project.
You can find this data in the General tab of the recruitment project, alongside other KPIs such as recruitment duration and effectiveness.
Monitoring the average form completion time allows you to:
- Evaluate whether the application form is user-friendly for candidates
- Improve the efficiency of the application process for candidates
- Support a positive Candidate Experience
By comparing the completion time of different forms used in various projects, you can test and enhance them.
