We continue to expand the capabilities of our ATS in terms of application forms.
We are pleased to announce that a new question type, "Date," is now available when designing an application form in the ATS.
This question allows you to ask candidates to select a specific date from a calendar as their response. The Date question type is particularly useful when you want to inquire about:
- The exact date when the candidate can start employment.
- The timeframe within which the candidate can begin training.
- The expiration date of their work visa.
This additional question type makes it easier for candidates to provide precise answers, resulting in shorter completion times for the application form.
Moreover, recruiters can now search for candidates based on this parameter.
When it comes to questions about the potential start date, using the Date question type is more advantageous than a traditional dropdown list with specific periods (e.g., one week, one month). This choice allows candidates to provide a response independent of the date they submitted their CV.
