New Step Type in Onboarding

A major and much-needed change in the Onboarding module – automatic email sending as a new step in the employee onboarding process.

Emails will be sent automatically after specific conditions are met – e.g., X days after the employee's hire date. Emails are also delivered to the employee's private address, if set, allowing the system to be used for preboarding and sending notifications to employees who do not yet have company emails or access to the tomHRM system.

The ability to send email reminders about tasks to be completed
Added a preview of the onboarding path
