The Time Tracking module now includes a much-anticipated feature for overtime settlement, eagerly awaited by many clients.
It enables:
- Recording overtime requests and their approval following a defined workflow.
- Managing overtime settlement and using it as compensatory time off.
The system also empowers supervisors to monitor the number of overtime hours accrued, paid, and taken by their subordinates as compensatory time off.
Administrators can oversee the entire process and generate comprehensive organizational data reports in XLS format.
This functionality collaborates seamlessly with the Time Off module, allowing the verification of overtime when submitting a compensatory time off request.
