Per diem rate names and currencies

Two important improvements have been introduced for users of the Delegations PRO module who handle international business trip settlements.

1. Per diem names

In the per diem rates settings for specific countries, we have added an additional "Name" parameter that allows users to define multiple diet rates for the same country.

This makes it possible to:

Introduce separate per diem rates for New York, Washington, and other states in the USA,
Add multiple diet rates for a given country if the company's internal policy allows such cases.

For clients already using the module, the "Name" field has been automatically set to the name of the country for which the per diem rate was introduced.

2. Support for foreign expenses in different currencies

This enhancement allows users to add expenses in different currencies, e.g., costs in Polish zloty (PLN) for an international delegation.
