Untill now you could send such a message to each candidate individually. Now, you can send it to many candidates all at once, as a mailing.
You can select a group of mailing recipients depending on validity of their consent.
All you need to do is to choose candidates and write the message using appropriate shortcode.
How to use?
- Go to the details of job openings and then to Mailing tab.
- In the message editor, select the {} icon and insert the "Link to extend consent" tag.
- Set the conditions for filtering the group of candidates by the validity of the consent.
PS. Soon there will be a function to automatically send a consent request.
