Introducing the new feature for the management of candidates' RODO consents. From now on, you are able to send candidates an email request to extend their consent to processing of personal data in a given job opening.
All you need to do is to use the appropriate shortcode in the email message. Then the system will replace this shortcode with a link for approval to extend the consent.
How to use it?
- Go to the selected candidate's profile and proceed to Messages tab.
In the message editor, select the {} icon and insert the "Link to extend consent" tag.
PS. Soon there will be a function to automatically send a consent request.
