Do you find the amount of data in your corporate request list insufficient? Do you want to see who a request was submitted for or its specific purpose without diving into the request details? Our new feature allows you to mark fields that should be visible on summary lists of requests in 'My Requests' views or the administrator view for all submitted requests.
Identifying a particular request on the list is now much easier! The creator of the request form determines which fields should be visible on the list of requests.
Please note that this feature does not work retroactively! New information on the request list will only appear for requests generated from newly created forms, where specific form fields have been marked for displaying this information on the list.
