We are expanding the possibilities of 2FA authentication. Starting from the New Year, in addition to Google Authenticator, you will also be able to choose Microsoft Authenticator to protect your data.
The integration of 2FA with Microsoft Authenticator will be appreciated by companies using the Microsoft Corporation environment.
How to activate 2FA in tomHRM?
In the Settings > Parameters > Security section, you will find the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) subsection. Depending on the form chosen, it can be mandatory for all users of the application or allow the employee to manage for themselves whether they want to enable 2FA. We encourage you to enable 2FA to enhance the security of your account even further.
