360 Feedback with Many Improvements

The update to the module for feedback and periodic evaluations has brought about numerous changes aimed at facilitating and improving the evaluation process.


Multiple Managers in the Evaluation 

For each evaluation, you can assign multiple supervisors who will have equal rights in terms of designing the evaluation and accessing its results.


Custom Message Content After Completing the Evaluation Form 

If you wish, you can personalize the information that employees receive after completing the evaluation form. The editor allows you to prepare visually appealing messages enriched with links, images, or even video materials.


Simplified Selection of Behaviors for Evaluation + Option to Skip Rating for Selected Behaviors 

Now, when choosing a specific competency, the system will add all behaviors assigned to it to the sheet. Of course, you can remove selected behaviors from the list.


We have also introduced the option for employees to skip rating a particular behavior during the evaluation

This function is primarily intended to handle situations where an employee cannot or does not want to assess a specific behavior because they do not have the opportunity to observe it. Skipped ratings will not be included in the average.


Option for Quick Reminders to Individuals Who Haven't Completed the Evaluation 

Now you can send a reminder to a specific person from the evaluation and, as before, reminders to all individuals who have not yet completed the assessment sheets. Greater flexibility in reminders will help shorten the waiting time to obtain all evaluations from assessors.


Reconstruction of the Results Report in XLS Format

To maintain a data layout similar to the assessment sheet, we have made changes to the XLS files reporting evaluation results. The XLS file contains data on 1 evaluated person. Behaviors are presented in rows, and individual columns contain obtained ratings.


Changes in the Interface 

We have redesigned the appearance of most tabs. The details view of the evaluation underwent a significant modification, introducing a survey metrics containing information such as:

  • survey data

  • its progress

  • information on who has access to the results

  • when the results are updated

  • what is included in the average results.


We also redesigned the selector sheet for assessors with a clearer option to choose the relationship based on which the system creates connections and selects participants for the evaluation.


You have the option to choose between:

  • Supervisor - Subordinate

  • Team Member - Team Manager

and add any colleagues to the list of people assessing a particular employee.


The assessment sheet has also changed, becoming more user-friendly and modern.
