In addition to the previously available 180°, 270°, 360° assessments and performance reviews, we have introduced the 90° Assessment – a simple yet highly effective employee evaluation method.
What is a 90° Assessment?
The 90° Assessment is a type of employee evaluation where a direct supervisor evaluates their subordinates. It is a one-way, top-down assessment.
When should you use a 90° Assessment?
This type of assessment works perfectly in situations when you:
- Want to quickly and efficiently assess team performance – without involving many people in the evaluation process.
- Need regular progress monitoring – ideal for monthly or quarterly performance reviews.
- Are implementing an evaluation system for the first time – the simpler form helps familiarize the organization with feedback culture.
- Manage smaller teams – where the manager has direct insight into each team member's daily work.
- Conduct evaluations of new employees – particularly useful during the first months of employment and in onboarding.
