90° Assessment in the Employee Performance Evaluation Module!

We are excited to announce the expansion of capabilities in the Employee Performance Evaluation module in tomHRM!

In addition to the previously available 180°, 270°, 360° assessments and performance reviews, we have introduced the 90° Assessment – a simple yet highly effective employee evaluation method.

What is a 90° Assessment?

The 90° Assessment is a type of employee evaluation where a direct supervisor evaluates their subordinates. It is a one-way, top-down assessment.

When should you use a 90° Assessment?

This type of assessment works perfectly in situations when you:

  • Want to quickly and efficiently assess team performance – without involving many people in the evaluation process.
  • Need regular progress monitoring – ideal for monthly or quarterly performance reviews.
  • Are implementing an evaluation system for the first time – the simpler form helps familiarize the organization with feedback culture.
  • Manage smaller teams – where the manager has direct insight into each team member's daily work.
  • Conduct evaluations of new employees – particularly useful during the first months of employment and in onboarding.
