Additional Questions in NPS Surveys

An important update for NPS surveys: from now on, you can add supplementary questions to each of the groups (Promoters, Neutrals, Detractors).

This will help clarify and detail the collected information.

The supplementary question is always of the Text in multiple lines type, allowing for a descriptive answer, and it can be made mandatory.

Besides supplementary questions, you can also add additional questions at the end of the survey using the full range of question types (text, multiple choice, closed, matrix, rating). The ability to add supplementary questions aligns with the latest NPS survey methodology.
