ATS has expanded to include the long-awaited feature requested by many clients: automation for candidate rejection reasons. Now, for each rejection reason in the recruitment process, you can assign an automated message that the candidate will receive.
In practice, this means that if one candidate does not meet the language proficiency criteria, while another lacks sufficient professional experience, each of them can receive a different, tailored feedback when they are rejected from further stages of the recruitment process.
The result? Simultaneous focus on providing a good candidate experience and significant time savings for recruiters.
