For organisations actively managing corporate events via our Intranet module, a significant improvement allowing company events to sync with Google/MS Office calendars.
Thanks to synchronisation, events added in the Intranet will immediately appear in employees' calendars.
Synchronisation Rules:
- Employees' calendars display only events relevant to them.
- Alternative: Event visibility in calendars is independent of RSVP status.
- Only immediately published events are synchronised → information about events scheduled for future publication will not appear in calendars.
- If an event date is updated, calendar data automatically updates.
- If event accessibility changes (e.g. an employee group is added or removed), the calendar automatically updates (e.g. the event disappears from the calendar of someone no longer included).
