Additional custom fields in employee profiles are now available!
This new feature allows you to add any informational fields to an employee's profile. By including them in the filtering options, you can easily find employees with specific attributes.
Here are the key features of custom fields:
- Six different field types to choose from, including date, dropdown list, and multiple choice.
- Control over the placement of custom fields within the employee profile.
- Assigning permissions for field editing to different employee groups.
- Searching and filtering employees based on parameters described in custom fields using "and" or "or" operators.
- Easy bulk import and updates, including through the API.
Examples of using custom fields include adding fields for the company car number, parcel locker number, disability status, employee visa expiration date, or a list of languages spoken by the employee.
