Easier document management

Are you using Intranet, Onboarding, Trainings, or Requests? We have an update that will streamline and improve your file management experience in the system!

Now, when attaching files in various system sections - such as creating an article in the Knowledge Base or describing a training - you can select files directly from the Documents module, instead of only from your local disk.

You can now upload a file to the Documents module and link to it in different places, without having to re-upload it to your disk.

The result?

• Reduced disk space usage for file storage.
• Centralised file management.
• Avoid document duplication.

Restrictions on files are also maintained by the system. This means that if you share a file in a public post, it won't be possible for unauthorised persons to view it.

• Knowledge Base
• Onboarding materials (Pages step)
• Trainings (files for training participants)
• Requests (when uploading a document to the form by the person submitting the request)

Elegant document link previews

We've added sophisticated display of links to files from the Documents module. Now, each link will be presented in an aesthetic frame, significantly improving the readability of your content.
