We are pleased to announce the introduction of a new feature in the 360 Feedback module, designed to enhance the quality management of the appraisal process.
When creating a feedback, the 360 Feedback module administrator can decide whether and when the reviewer will have to add a comment when assessing the behaviour of a colleague or subordinate.
How does it work?
By selecting this option, the administrator determines whether it is necessary to add a comment to the assessment, which could be a justification or a more detailed description of the feedback.
Why is this important?
- Adding a comment about key competencies can provide useful feedback.
- It can also allow for a qualitative (word-based) feedback to be added to a quantitative (number-based) one.
- Having the option to skip or ignore comments makes the process more flexible. The administrator, knowing the process, can decide where comments are necessary and where they are optional.
You can find the comment requirement setting in the feedback survey configuration for each competency and behaviour. All you need to do is check the appropriate box.
