Surveys Improvement

Folders, New Notifications and Messages, Adding Supervisors, Hiding Question Numbers

For users of the Surveys module, there are several exciting updates focused on improving the work of module administrators and individuals creating and managing surveys.

Multiple Managers of the Survey

This feature allows adding several managers to a single survey or test. This feature is particularly useful for administrator who want to enable managers and supervisors to manage specific surveys.

Survey Organization into Folders

Heavy users will be pleased with the ability to organize surveys into folders. Creating folders and assigning surveys to them will make it easier to manage a large number of surveys and quickly locate the needed data.

Two New Notifications

In the Notifications tab of a survey, you can enable notifications for:

  • The first completion of the survey - a one-time notification, especially useful when, after publishing a survey, such as a training or recruitment survey, you want to quickly check if all questions have been correctly understood by respondents.

  • Completion of the survey by all respondents - this notification is available only for a closed group of respondents (manual selection).

Custom Message Content After Completing the Survey

If you wish, you can personalize the information that respondents receive after completing a survey. The editor allows you to prepare visually attractive messages enriched with links, images, or even video materials.

Option to Hide Question Numbers

If you want survey or test questions not to be numbered, you can disable question numbering in the survey details.

We have also redesigned many views to make navigation and data presentation easier for you.

1. Instead of the previous division into Current and Archived, you now have 3 tabs → Published, Drafts, and Closed, which will make reaching the relevant surveys easier.

2. Consequently, the note regarding the survey status on the main view of the Surveys and Tests tab became unnecessary. We utilized the saved space to display:

  • The number of questions in the survey (clicking on it redirects to the question preview)

  • The date of the last survey completion.

3. We provide the completion status in a percentage form instead of graphical, making it easier for you to decide when to send employees a reminder to complete the survey.

4. Instead of a button to the list of recipients, information about who the survey recipients are is now introduced under the name. If you want to enter the edit or detailed view of recipients, you can do so by entering the survey details.

5. In the menu options, three dots, we added icons to facilitate navigation.

We hope that you will appreciate these changes, making the use of the Surveys module more comfortable and encouraging you to utilize it even more extensively. If you have any questions, feel free to consult our online guide or contact our Customer Service department.
