We are introducing sex parameter in the employee profile. You can set it manually while creating or editing the profile.
This parameter might be also used while:
- creating employees accounts via API,
- bulk import and update of employee profiles.
This parameter can also be used in Time off module for the vacation types access configuration. This allows you to make a vacation type dedicated to a specific gender such as maternity leave.
We have created an inclusive gender list for you to choose from. The list is universal for both language versions available in tomHRM (Polish and English).
