A small improvement, yet a huge time saver! As part of employee contracts, which are accessible for free upon subscribing to any tomHRM module*, we introduce a new feature - automatic task creation for employees who receive email notifications about the end of their contracts.

By selecting the checkbox "Create a task on the day of notification" the system will automatically generate a task in the profiles of those employees who receive contract end notifications. These can be:

• Supervisor

• Department managers

• All employees of a specific department (e.g., HR, Administration)

• Selected individual employees

This eliminates the need for manual task creation and minimizes the risk of forgetting to generate and process a new employee contract.

Additionally, as part of this improvement, we have introduced the ability to specify the position to which the contract pertains. This field is optional and does not result in any changes to the employee's profile. It simply facilitates easier contract management for employees who hold multiple positions within the organization.
