We dedicated the end of the year to upgrades and modifications of existing features that will allow you to use your HR system even more efficiently. Below is a summary of specific changes in individual modules.
EMPLOYEES and SECURITY
- Microsoft Authenticator has been added to the catalog of 2FA login applications.
- In the employee profile, you can manage not only which columns are displayed but also their order.
- In the employment form section, a new parameter has been introduced regarding information about the reason of termination - "contract expiration," and the note is also visible in the cooperation termination banner in the employee's profile.
- Improved information architecture in case of an incorrect login or password, making the recovery procedure easier.
- We simplified the procedure for changing the account owner in the My Account tab.
TIME TRACKING
- In the time tracking module, a new "Overtime" option has been introduced, allowing for the recording of overtime requests and managing their settlement and compensatory time off (in cooperation with the Time Off module).
TIME OFF
- Changes in the information architecture (UI) in the Conditions section when setting types of leaves, facilitating navigation for module administrators.
API
- New API endpoints in the Requests and Time Tracking modules. All API changes are documented here.
360 Feedback
- In 360-degree assessments, we have introduced several UX improvements and the ability to choose multiple survey supervisors.
