Knowledge Base article notifications

Staying updated with company information is crucial. With the new knowledge base article notification feature, employees will never miss important updates!

The decision whether to send a notification to employees about a new article (or update to an existing one) is made by the person publishing the article. 

How it works:

  • When publishing an article, check the checkbox on the right side;
  • The system automatically sends email notifications;
  • Recipients are determined by article category and employee status (employed + active profile). 

💡 Important: If the category is public, all employees will receive notifications

Benefits of using notifications in Knowledge Base:

✓ Employees won't miss important information - important updates will reach the right people directly;
✓ You don't have to manually inform employees about news;
✓ Notifications only reach the appropriate groups of employees.
