The decision whether to send a notification to employees about a new article (or update to an existing one) is made by the person publishing the article.
How it works:
- When publishing an article, check the checkbox on the right side;
- The system automatically sends email notifications;
- Recipients are determined by article category and employee status (employed + active profile).
💡 Important: If the category is public, all employees will receive notifications
