Recruitment ATS New

New Features in the ATS Module

Two new enhancements to help you manage candidates more efficiently

1. New automation in recruitment stages

We have expanded the range of automations available in our ATS to help you streamline and organise your recruitment process more effectively. The latest addition is automatic candidate sharing with selected employees.

How does it work?

  1. First, select the stage you want to automate. For example, you could choose "Recruitment Interview with Manager".
  2. Set up the automation so that every candidate who moves to this stage is automatically shared with the relevant individuals (e.g. the hiring manager who will conduct the interview).
  3. As with standard candidate sharing, you control what information is shared (e.g. notes, CV, salary expectations) and how long access to the shared data is granted for.

The result?

There's no need to manually share each candidate with managers or HR teams – simply design your automation once when setting up the recruitment project and the system will handle the rest.

2. Rejection reasons now visible in the talent pool

Your candidate database is one of your most valuable recruitment resources. With the ATS module from tomHRM, you can create talent pools and use them for multiple recruitment projects. These talent pools may include candidates who were rejected in previous recruitment processes.

To improve talent pool management, we have added the ability to view rejection reasons directly from the candidate list, so there is no need to open individual profiles.

How to check rejection reasons:

Simply hover over the 'Rejected' label and the reason will appear in a tooltip beside it.

This improvement streamlines candidate management and helps you make more informed decisions when reviewing your talent pool for new opportunities.
