As of 25.09.2024, any company with more than 50 employees must have a procedure for handling internal whistleblowing in accordance with the requirements of Law No. 928 of 14.06.2024. on the protection of whistleblowers.
At the end of August, we will introduce a new Whistleblowers Module to help our clients protect whistleblowers and comply with the requirements of the law.
The new module will allow to:
🌐 Create and configure a reporting page for employees, candidates and contractors
🕵️ Process both open and anonymous reports
🛡️ Securely store whistleblower data and reports
⏳ Automate compliance with legal time limits and deadlines
The module will include the following:
- An admin panel for managing reports,
- An external, configurable reporting page for whistleblowers to submit reports in five languages,
- Support for both public and anonymous reports,
- The ability to add attachments, manage report categories, notification templates, and many other conveniences.
From a security perspective, we offer full encryption of reports and files, as well as all the security features available in tomHRM, such as 2FA and SSO. The option to automatically delete reports according to legal requirements is also included.
The Whistleblower module can be used as a standalone module within the tomHRM application or as an additional tool to facilitate the daily work of HR departments and employees.
