New Work Models in Job Offers

Employees in your company may work fully remotely or in a hybrid manner? Now you can include such information in your job advertisement and display it in the job offer.

Two new work modes have been added to the long-standing annotation about remote work:

onsite
and hybrid

You specify the available work modes for the position during the editing of the recruitment project. It will be visible on the right side of the advertisement.

Tip!

Remember to explain in the job description what work mode options the company offers. Especially if you offer multiple work modes and/or hybrid work, which may be implemented in various ways in different companies.
